what does 'dream about the sun' you may mean?

I don’t know i really love this melody but the lyrics are so strange some things i just don’t understand them;
What kind of melody is it ?....About love,hate.....but from my point of view i think it’s a revenge song!

I always thought it’s about being optimistic (sun) instead of being sad (rain)... but it could be something else

Maybe it is about dreaming of something which is hard to reach. Rain and sun are more or less it’s opposite, so I guess that a queen of rain can’t become the queen of the sun, it is only something she can dream of.
(This is only my interpretation, maybe Per or Marie (don’t know who has written it, probably Per) has a total different meaning with this sentence.)

I’m here in Sweden with the snow and cold....and I’m dreaming about the sun because it seems to have disappeared! So it could mean dreaming about the sun in winter, wishing for it to return! But I think OAM’s comment makes a lot of sense too.

To me this song has a special meaning, i ever interpreted it for me diffrently!
You fall in love with a person who is very depressiv (Queen Of Rain, big big house) and in a sad mood, its hard to reach her (fifty doors, fifty beds). To love the person means also to be in a sad mood, and you feel bad. But when you realize, that your love will destroy her and youself you have to say good bye (It’s time to place your bets in life, I’ve played the loser’s game of life).
The first step to reach something is to dream about it, and when its cold inside of you you just wish to feel better. So dream about the sun you queen of rain...
And sometimes the only right decision to rescue the person you’re in love with and yourself is to brake up to get over it and never see the person again, say bye bye
