Help, confused over a CD!

I have a copy of LOOK SHARP which I thought was a Japanese release, but now I am not sure.
It does not have the regular TCOP number on but instead has:
On the disc: CP32-5827 & 7910982 & MFD by Toshiba-EMI LTD in Japan
The booklet the same numbers, and Made in Japan complete with lyrics in Japanese fold out booklet... I am of course presuming it is Japanese with it saying Made in Japan!
Anyhelp needed in tracking down what this is!!

Look Sharp! has been re-released in Japan three or four times. The Japs always renumber the CDs for some reason, so I’m guessing you have one of the re-releases.
Edit: I think you have the original release by the way, the first release has the CP #. (Toshiba).
