Scar under Per´s chin.

I´ve discovered on many pix that Per has a long scar under his chin.
Did he has an accident or did he had plastic surgery because he had ” too much skin” there after he´s lost so much weight?

In the context of the article, it becomes clear that with the “...what Marie thinks about this” he means what Marie thinks about recording, promoting and performing new material after her illness.

I also have a scar under my chin. I fell from my baby-bed when I was 5. Actaully it was my 5 birthday party that evening. Everything ended up in hospital... Maybe PER’s scar has similar story.
