Voting for fav summerhit in Norway - Per article

The newspaper Dagbladet invites their readers today to start voting in order to decide which is the biggest summerhit of all times.
They do this with a article about Per and Sommartider. He says what he feels a good summerhit must have; catchy, easy to sing-along and some X-factor which makes them playable for a long time, and then you eventually goes tired of them. “Summerhits is the soundtrack for many people’s lives for a short period” according to Per.
He also says Sommartider was only intended as a fill-in on Puls, and he only spend an afternoon writing it.
The whole article can be found here: http://www.dagbladet.no/kultur/2004/07/03/402219.html
WHat really makes we wonder is this article about Sommartider, and then the voting on this page (http://www.dagbladet.no/sommerlaat/index.html) does even have Sommartider as one of the candidates. But it does have The Look.
Is Sommartider so well known that they didn’t even bother to have in the competition, or is Dagbladet’s workers that bad that they forgot to add the song the acticle actually talks about???

Thank you.
Didn´t understand a word but voted (I hope I succeed) for The Look (of course), Bonnie Tyler and Lou Bega (great “Mambo # 5”).
kisses.
