I really like these sort of memorial threads animalkingdom has started, so here is a new one:
What is your favourite tour, regarding songs, performance, atmosphere?

CBB Tour for sure....
as naturalborn-roxer says... for me go to see an artist...(musicians)... is go to see them to play live.. not to perform, or dance ritual steps.
don´t like the kinda ugly poppy shows that others use to do, with 100 dancers, too many fancy clothes, big and expensive sets.. playback music, or playback vocals... if it´s what i want to see..i´d better go to a night club
It´s all about the music..and that´s what a musician needs to show ya.... you´re there for the music..not to see the common dancing ones...
CBB era was organic.... with simple things you get a better effect.
Cheers

Room Service Tour, absolutely. Great stage, beautiful clothes, perfect sound (except Munich *g* for some reasons). But the other ones which I attended were great.
For me a perfect concert is a mix between good sound and a little show.
So far, Roxette had always perfect sound, but no show elements. This time it was just perfect.
This reminds me that we are still waiting for a Room Service LIVE DVD!
In the meantime, I saw some other artists live and they also had both (music+show). Pink was very successful here in Switzerland. She had 2 sold out concerts. Cher didn’t sell out, but the concert was really beautiful. By the way, Cher also released her “Farewell Tour” Live-DVD.
So, please release a Live-DVD. Even a Live-CD would be great. Roxette is live at its best.

CBB! - only coz its the only one that i’ve been too! The whole show was great, not too flashy, more about the music.
but from what i’ve heard the RS tour was pretty damn impressive!

The best concert I’ve ever seen was from the Room Service tour in Brussels, but the CBB tour itself was more special as it seemed more natural.

For me, it was CBB. Very much stripped down, great new song versions (e.g. Cry, Joyride, Listen To Your Heart), great performance.
By constrast, I was not so much impressed by the Room Service Tour. It was okay, but that’s about it. I was slightly disappointed that they played only a couple of new songs (you can probably guess why...) and that they played the old songs just in their album version. Nothing really new, nothing really surprising. Okay - Queen Of Rain, that was a surprise, admittedly.

crash boom bang because it was pure music and not to much show.
when i go see an artist live, i want to see how good they are in doing music, not to see a big show a big show could mislead you.
and they had better clothing, i didn’t like the joyride outfits it looked like a big carnaval. sorry fans.
but i like a good rock concert and they did that with crash boom bang
