It is like eBay, accept it is in Swedish, you need to register but can in English, and then search GYLLENE TIDER HALMSTAD... it should show some matches for concert tickets, go into it and contact the seller by clicking on his name... it will say if they take sales from outside Sweden, most seem too..

Try TRADERA... they have some tickets for Halmstad for sale, quite cheap also.. and most accept international buyers..
