Roxette should make a James Bond theme tune!

Is it just me who thinks Roxette would be brilliant at making a 007 theme tune? Roxette songs like My World, My Love, My Life & Wish I Could Fly really prove this.
I think it would really-jump start their career again!
I would naturally type more... but it’s 04:47am here in Ireland.. I should really go to bed!

That would be cool, but it’ll never happen. (bacuase Roxette is under contract with EMI and Bond always use songs from the certain other music label)

If there was a Bond movie made in 1991 or 1993 then odds are pretty good that Roxette would have done one... pity it never happened.

I thought about that watching to the previous movie to die another day - btw, a crappy, maaajor crappy song by Madonna!!!
It should sound dark and rocky, but with a quite dancing ’background’...and sung by Per...heavy bass, no acoustic guitar at all, something heavy.

I was thinking of Roxette making a songs more along the lines of Sheryl Crow’s Tomorrow Never Dies, or Garbage’s The World Is Not Enough, rather than Crush On You.

The Bond themes are new compositions so why wouldn’t Roxette fit as the performer? It’s not that they’d take a song from the past catalogue or anything... :)
