According to a swedish tabloid “Se och hör” Per lost his overweight with the help of a diet pill which made that he could only eat very little fat.
If he ate to much all ” came out on the backway”.

But Se och hör is a tabloid, so it´s possible not true.

It’s a tabloid....says enough :-) In a interview he told he ate more fibres, avoided most of the ’white food’ (sugar, white rice etc) and gave up pizza and beer. Furthermore he went to the gym.
What I know about food and going to the gym: this is the best ’diet’ (it’s more a change of living). No need for a pill or whatsoever.

I don´t think, Per took Xenical. It´s for people, who are very overweighted, Per wasn´t “fat” enough for that. Maybe he took ephedrine. You can loose much weight in a few weeks with that and enough sports. But it can be really dangerous to take that. And it´s also not allowed everywhere. Hope he didn´t take that pills... :-/
