i heard a dance version of this classic last night on the radio. of course, it wasn´t performed by roxette, it was covered by a group called “mysterio” , i think. the thing is that it was a very good version, and i´d love to hear marie´s voice together with that dance tune, similar to what happened with LTYH, you know, the heavenly dance remix. so, what do you think? have you heard this version?

It’s very similar to DHT’s “Listen To Your Heart”, but with too much rhythm bass, that annoys a lot.
“Video Edit” is the best among 5 Mysterio versions (or even more?)

Usually I love EuroDance very much (like “Stars” (Almighty Remixes). But I don’t like this one. This lady’s voice is weak if you compare it to Marie. She has so much more power in her voice. Their bass drum is really annoying.
Anyway I think the song will be climbing the dance charts (I say Top 20 or even Top 10). I don’t want to say anything about the sales charts.
But I think you can take any Roxette song like “The Look”, “Spending my time”, “Sleeping in my car”,... add some bass drums and a girl’s voice it would be a hit, because the music is great (I just remember “Sleeping in my car” was already covered by A.Kay B.J. and Mobius Loop).
Even if you take some seconds from a Roxette song it could be a hit (remember? = Groove Coverage “God is a girl” from “Jefferson”).
I hope they won’t make the same mistake as Groove Coverage made! Hopefully they asked before releasing the song. It seems that the release date is scheduled on May 10th.

well , i got that version by downloading it from the emule. tell u the trueth ......i think that some songs r ment to be like they were from the beginning...its like making a new dance version of IMHBL ....something that wont be appropriate...thats what i think anyway

I think people behind this Mysterio are the same as the ones behind mid-90´s project “Pharao”.
