so, we were fooled again?

hi there!

I‘m the guy who started a topic months ago reporting the times (seconds, etc) of video-flaws on the “new” Roxette DVD.

Some flamed, others liked, but the truth is: EMI fooled us all again. Did them replace the “not-in-synch DVDs”?? I don’t think so!

This topic is just to know WHO actually got a reply from them, saying what they’re going to do about it...altought I doubt they answered, cause they AREN’T going to do something about it...

thanx guys.

Snif.

they are not required to replace the dvds the stores you bought them from can issue refunds if they want to emi is under no pressure to do anything and honestly it doesnt detract from the whole dvd move on already jesus

@coyboy: I remember someone received a response from EMI stating that they will take action in some form...the product is defective and of course EMI (and not the store) is responsible for the quality of their products :S

My En mazarin, älskling DVD was faulty. I’ve ordered it through a local store who are in contact with EMI Sweden. When I realised it made my DVD-player lock itself, I took it back, they sent it back to EMI.se and they immediately replaced it with a working copy.

coyboy: it’s not a matter of “moving on” and forget it.
It’s a matter of asking for my consumers rights.

I bought something defective. What do u do when u get something defective?

a) return it
b) ask for a working copy/replacement

It’s actually that simple. Last one is my choice.

I won’t go to court or something about it -of course-cause Roxette is not my life. I didn’t pay cheap for this, but got a cheap product. not fair.
