Kurt Cobain: 10 years later.

9 replies

Today is 10 years ago since Kurt ended his life. I remember going to the record shop to buy “Crash! Boom! Bang!”( he killed himself on this day, but the news broke out on april 8, 94) when I saw it in the papers. One of my favourite bands were gone.
Anyone else here who is a Nirvana fan?

me me!

Not really a Fan, like as with Roxette and Gyllene Tider, but I like the music.
And Indeed: CBB is already 10 years ago!!

I don’t envy people with heroin addiction. He might have been a very open-minded person who cared so much about the world, but the whole addiction thing, emmmm, not a big fan.

Wasn’t a fan as grunge tried to kill rock.....but didn’t suceeed ;)

Liked a couple of trax though.

Just listened ’ The Man who sold the world” unplugged version when I read this topic! Great song! I always liked Nirvana, but not as much as Rox :-) But I’m still coming back to songs of Nirvana, they are great!

Im not a Nirvana Fan but I think it´s sad when he killed himself.
A sad story for all fans...

i never revered him as a visionary or a revolutionary person that should be reserved for peopel like john lennon and jfk

kurt cobain was a sad man who was sexually confused, addicted to drugs and caught up in a music industry that wanted to milk him for all he was worth and didnt worry about his health or his livelyhood. so he was simply a man , a drug addict who unfortunately fell through the crack like so many others

Oh coyboyusa thank you very much!!! I wanted to say the exact thing but oh people tear upi into pieces if you criticize!!!

Nirvana = s**t!! ;)
