Something’s going on here... this single isn’t growing on trees, but it isn’t THAT rare by any stretch. I think someone’s bidding on his/her own item. I think if I were going to do that, I’d go to a Roxette forum and try to get people to believe that the item is worth that much... maybe make up a new user name, start a thread about rare Roxette items...

I sold mine last year, well one of two and started the bid really low under £5.00... in the end it went for around £25 which really surprised me! but these prices are way to OTT, I would not pay that even if it was signed by Per!

I spoke with the guy who bought the one last week at £200 he admitted he made a mistake and was hoping to come to an agreement with the seller, this was not the case it seems...

Ever since the days of online auctioning hit, I’ve been very reluctant to spend more than about 40 USD for even a very rare item... it just seems that if you wait long enough, someone will eventually offer the same thing and you can usually snag rare stuff at decent prices (but you gotta be patient!). I usually lose out to Vixzter for everything anyway... (-:

My opinion in all this is that the single is NOT worth those money. It was less than half a year ago my girlfriend bought it with two other CD’s for all in all 9 Euros. Maybe she was a bit lucky, but not only. The thing is (in my opinion) that Ebay for the moment has gone completely crazy and people seem to be willing to pay just anything for the stuff. Less than a year ago the same hysteria was for the Rarities CD’s. Such a thing could end on $100, but in the “down period” a few month ago one could get such a thing for about $10 (then I bought one, hehe!).
