Why are you accusing me and AntiMario of cheating you? You must be out of your mind.....
I had already made a deal with AntiMario that he would bring some cd’s to me since he was coming to Stockholm. I was supposed to meet him downtown to hand over some items from Thomas Evensson and buy the cd’s from him.
Suddenly I get an email from you asking me if I can help you with the transaction you and AntiMario were discussing. I agreed to do so if you paid me in advance and so you did.
The problem was that you didn’t confirm this to AntiMario before he left Russia and therefore he couldn’t buy the items you wanted.
Since you are complaining about my effort to help out, you can forget my help in the future.
Neither AntiMario or I did anything wrong in this case!
You will get your cassettes and the remaining amount. None of us have cheated you so stop your whining!
You really should apologize to both AntiMario and me but I guess you won’t because you don’t understand how normal people behave.

I agree with Per Mson’s comment. People seldom tell the WHOLE story... as they are usually too involved with their agenda in cases like this to be able to SEE a bigger picture.
In general though, let’s be clear about something: It is a business/store/seller’s responsibility to deliver goods ordered on time. In the U.S., the law says 30 days, unless they have specified a shorter timeframe at the time of sale. If unable to deliver w/in 30 days, they must issue a REFUND ( NOT a credit... such a policy [hmm, who might this apply to?] would be illegal).
In this particular transaction... it appears items were ordered... items were not able to be delivered w/in 30 days... and so a refund is in the works. As long as that refund is received (and no one, including Ted, doubts that it will), then we have no problem here.
Case dismissed. Court adjourned. ;-)

Well, good to see another case solved and I guess we all have learnt something out of it :) At least I have been reminded of never becoming a collector, too many headaches :P

Ted, I mailed ya the whole explanation. Should I repeat it here for people as well? You’re not right here, dood. I never got a confirmation from you that you arranged the meeting even upon checking my mail during the day I was leaving to Helsinki!
So should I really buy a stuff for a person in Sweden for 450 SEK when I do not know for sure I will meet somebody who will refund it to me? A-ha?
So why blaming me when I _just in case_ took some cassettes with me and took money only for them, not any additional!
People, I do suggest this topic should end with: never swap with Ted! I will never do in any future. You cannot understand people and their problems, guy. Think about that. I never cheated anybody.
