Scans - help needed
sweepi said on January 28, 2004 17:06:
Since not having a scanner myself, I wonder if someone could please help me with some scans?... It’s of the following:
From Marie’s album “Het Vind”: the front cover and the CD (i.e. the disc itself) cover. (I’m wishing concretely the image of the name “Marie Fredriksson” and of the title “Het Vind”, so the final picture doesn’t actually need to be of the covers in full, if this makes it anything easier...)
From Gyllene Tider’s album “Puls”: as well the front and the CD covers (image of both the words “puls”).
From Gyllene Tider’s album “The Heartland Café”: CD cover (image of the word “Heartland”).
From The Lonely Boys’ album “The Lonely Boys”: back cover (image of the name “The Lonely Boys” in the upper left corner).
I’d be most grateful, if someone could please send/upload these images for me (my e-mail address is in my profile). Thank you!
P.S. Forgot to say, but I’d very much appreciate the images to be in appropriated size/resolution so that the words would have max legibility. And thank you so much again!

I Dunno... Surely he’d require the entire cover? He’s just after the fonts... I scanned him, just the word in a tiny square, not the whole CD/Cover... wouldn’t get very far with my scans.

Innocent untill proved guilty. That’s the way it ought to work. Sadly enough it not always is so. No, MiracleMan, at any time I ever made or am thinking of, now nor never, making bootlegs, and even though I don’t consider that anyone should need to prove one’s innocence, (it ought to be guilt that ought to be needed to be proved, not innocence), I do feel the need of in some way refute your assumption of my guilt. And taking from the start my word as not necessarily enough, allow me then to explain why I requested for these particular scans. As you may have noticed, in a previous thread ( http://dailyroxette.com/smalltalk/thread.php/9772 ) I was asking about which fonts had been used in these album, precisely in these very words which I have now requested scans of. And my need for these scans is no other than to take them to a font dedicated forum, for hopefully identifying the fonts. Further more, I would call your attention to what I have remarked above: “I’m wishing concretely the image of the name “Marie Fredriksson” and of the title “Het Vind”, so the final picture doesn’t actually need to be of the covers in full, if this makes it anything easier.”, with the same obviously implied to apply to the other scans I requested as well, so, I believe that, if anything else, this alone, i.e. the fact that I didn’t and don’t wish for full covers of neither the booklets nor the discs, this alone annuls the idea that the scans might be wished for counterfeit any of the mentioned albums, no? Anyway, all in all I am not saying these words with an angry face at all, not even I am in any way wanting to blame/condemn you MiracleMan for what you have assumed, (and I apologize if in any moment my words sounded as that was my intention), on the contrary, it’s just that... I only wished people might share a bit more of good faith, to prevent that nowadays almost fatalistic rush into precipitated and preconceived thoughts and judgements... But indeed I agree that’s something hard to wish for, i en tid som vår, indeed... (It only sadens me, that, in our today’s world, that’s the way it is, that’s the way it is supposed/expected to be...) Guess that’s also why I so many times have ended up not posting something I may have wished to say, ask, request, here, or else where... But anyway, with this I even left the most important to second place, (it’s just that I was rather sensitive about MiracleMan’s words), which is saying thank you Denstandigaresan! Thank you very much for the scans of both “Puls” and “The Heartland Café” which you sent me! :) Even too perfect! :)
And, if anyone can help with Marie’s and The Lonely Boys’ scans, I’d be just as much grateful, thank you once more. :)

Then again... There’s yet another scan I’d wish... Of Per’s album “The World According To Gessle”, the back-cover of the booklet. You know, the last orange page with “Gessle” written in all those different typefaces... Well, if anyone could kindly please scan it and send it to me, I’d be greatly appreciated, thank you. :)

Again, no problems! :D My scanner is sat here gathering dust... literally! So good to make some use of it. ;)
Did it arrive? Not come back undelivered.

Hum... Not meaning to abuse... I wonder if anyone could be so kind as to please help me with a new couple of scans... It’s from Marie’s album “Efter Stormen” (of the CD itself, words “Marie Fredriksson” and title “Efter Stormen”) and from Per’s single “I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend” (also of the CD itself, words “Per Gessle”). And once again, thank you so much, for all help. :)

An other request. (Boy am I starting to feel bad!!... :P) Anyone who can please help me with the scans of the following:
From Gyllene Tider’s album “Gyllene Tider”: of the back tracklist (of the track 6 line “Sista Gången Jag Såg Annie”)
From Roxette’s album “Pearls Of Passion - The First Album” (the ’97 release): also of the back tracklist (of the portion bellow the star i.e. of the xtra-trax lines)
One more time, not too many, thank you!

Still I would very much appreciate if someone could please help me with those 2 scans, of “Pearls Of Passion” and “Gyllene Tider”, and then also of “Look Sharp!”, of the booklet page which is in between the lyrics pages and the front cover, the one where it is written in bold red “Sleeping Single..?”, I’d be grateful if someone could please help me with a scan of this one too, thank you so so very much.
