What´s happened to Per´s birth mark?

Earlier Per had a birth mark on his neck, but I can´t see it anymore on the pix.
Am I wrong and he still has it,or did he ” fix” it?
What do you think?

I had such a mark on my leg and the other day I realised it’s gone!! :O Meaning Per’s can have also disappeared...
