Depends on the things you’ve d/l-ded and on the DVD-player.
Most DVD-players can play Audio-CD’s and Video CD’s. It’s easy to create and audio-CD from mp3’s.
To create a Video-CD you first need to turn the video files into MPEG format, there are tools to do it. Also there must be tools to create a real DVD, but I know nothing about that.
What particularly are you interested in?

Yeah I am also looking for info to copy things downloaded over to my MD. I got a net MD for my birthday but I am unsure how to transfer my downloads to it? I have installed the sonicstage software but it is still confusing?

Ahh....
Well, in general, desktop DVD players can play video and audio DVDs, video CDs (VCD) and audio CDs. Most of them play mp3 CDs as well, and some of them play super video CDs (SVDC). Creating a video CD is the easiest: most CD-burining software has an option to burn VCDs. The source file should be an mpeg-1 file, however, some software can convert different file formats to standard mpeg-1.
.
About MD... I believe mp3 files can be transferred to the player... don’t really know how, because I personally don’t own a mini disc player, but someone who has one told me that he can easily upload his mp3s from his computer to the MD player.

You can also try this link: http://www.dvdrhelp.com/
There they have full, easy to understand, guides how you do your own DVD/VCD/SVCD (just click on “Author” on the right menu). They also have good ideas of what programs you should use and so on. A really very good page in my opinion! :-)
Good luck!!
