What is that sound? (Stupid question)

Yes, maybe this is a stupid question, but it’s a doubt I’ve always had.

What’s that sound in “It must have been love” before the first time Marie sings the chorus, it’s like she says “keep” or something like that. In the video I see her moving her lips too. So, is it a word, just a sound or what?

Where do you here that keep???

... Touch me now, I close my eyes and dream away. It must have been love but it’s over now. ...

I’m sure it isn’t the word “keep”, but it sounds like that. I guess it’s an instrument, but I just wanna know for sure. It’s a sound after “dream away...”

i didn’t hear anything
where do you hear that sound, i heard my cd over and over again

Same for me. Haven’t heard anything.

For one moment even I doubt if there’s a sound there, but yes, there’s a sound. It’s in the background, it goes like this:

“I close my eyes, dream away...” - sound - “It must have been love”.

Maybe if you watch the video you can note it better. She puts her hands together and her lips even move a little.

Anyway, I’m gonna check it too, again. Maybe I’m so desesperate to hear some Roxthing new, that I’m imagining things ;-)

Hej,

Just heard the sound too. It’s around 1.02, just before the keyboard jumps to another chord followed by Marie’s vocals again (....it must have....). It’s the same sound like when you’re playing guitar and your thumb/bit of your hand slides over the back of the neck when changing from 1 chord to the other.
That’s what I heard with headphones.

Correct. It’s the sound of the fingers moving along the guitar strings. I play guitar and I’ve made that sound many times. Hehe.

me too :-)
Do you know the chords of “Smakar på ett regn”?

Thanks mcv-k and kiwijazza! Now I know it’s not that I’m imagining things ;-)

I knew that might be a sound from an instrument. But it’s funny how Marie moves her lips a little when it sounds in the video. Yesterday I played it again and again, and yes, she seens to be saying something there. But now I’m sure she’s not.
