Yes I did start this thread, warning people not to buy from the fanclub, you keep saying she has been away and that I understand, we all are allowed our holidays, this still does not answer my question:
1) She quite happily replied to an email in which I said I was very happy to be a winner of the meet and greet, this was sent the day the comp ended 28/07/03 and she replied back to this email on 12/08/03.... but still no reply back to email regarding my ORDER! these where sent before the 28/07/03 what happened “did they get lost in cyber space”

All this stupid DE-NL clubs first make money on fans and after some time & lot of cyber-battles say they “experienced some problems” and it repeates year by year... I may found discussions in this very forum from RS & HAND times if you will argue.

I do understand you, I had problems with the fan shop too but I contacted Chantie and after some months I got my goodies.

I got all my stuff on time, or earlier as expected, and if f.e. chantie would have been in sweden, i would just have some more patience!
I think they are great. For example: I bought my mazarin+HKAK for a very reasonable price, but one page of the mazarin booklet was loose/apart/particular (don’t know the right wordin english) I mailed the FC shop about it, and within one week i had a whole new booklet in my mailbox!

(how many times must I say this!) but just the problem arises with my second order... I know people in the UK what order all the time with no problem, well many years ago they did, this is the person who asked me to order this for her now as she was in the process of moving and did not want to order and get it sent to an old address... I feel I have let her down as no one replys to my emails...

i still get the odd few bits from the FC... stuff like official LTD merchandise... havent had any problems other that last year there was a major delay on TBH goodies... i mailed Chantie and she told me that it would not be too long, and 3 days later it arrived :)

Ally: If this is your only problem, and you have such good experience(s) before, why would you start a ’campaign’ against the FC at this forum... just solve it with chantie when she is back, and send her a mail, with some positive feedback about things they can do better.... I think that works a lot better then the way you are trying it now, IMHO!
