If Def Leppard were still working with him, I think their material would not be as bad as it is today. Pretty Much all the songs from their Vault Greatest Hits album were produced and co-written by Mutt.

Also Mutt wrote the Rock tinged Dance track for BSB “If You Want It to Be Good Girl” (Very Roxette-Like). And how about that awesome Britney Ballad “Don’t Let Me Be The Last to Know” :-)

I wish I knew more artists with whom Lange worked. I know he wrote for his wife Shania Twain, as well as hits for Corrs, and Brian Adams.

Anyone else like this Producer/writer?

But then again, Shania is a Lucky woman to be married to him. He’s got a lot to do with her Crossing over from Country to Pop.

BTW It is Unbelievable how many of Bryan Adams’s Hits Mutt co-wrote, and they all have some of that feel that you find in his tunes, like that song form Robin Hood movie “I do It For You” :-)
