I don’t think Tatu are Terrible, I think they are OK. Some of their early Russian tunes were more Techno/Pop, but they added more Rock sound for their American Release.
But My Favorite Russian Group right now is “Ruskiy Razmer (Russian Size)”. I also think that “Virus” is pretty good.
Also “Mirage” is an Awesome Russian act from late 80s and early 90’s. They mixed Disco with Rock too. Great Melodies :-)

LOL ATC “Around the World” song was a Cover of a song by a Russian Dance/Pop group called Ruky Verh (Hands Up). I think that song was Russia’s Biggest musical Export. It was Huge in Germany, and even hit US Charts

News flash– the two chicks from Tatu aren’t gay! It’s just a marketing ploy. And people are entitled to their opinions about Tatu. Those two girls, as cute as they are, don’t represent gays and lesbians around the world– if they did, I would be so embarrassed. We don’t need imposters like Tatu to represent us– we already have Erasure, Rufus Wainwright, Elton John, Melissa Etheridge, k.d. lang... so many others. Not Tatu.
