The Lonely Boys

Just stumbled across Per’s page on the group - what do they sound like? Anything like Per’s usual style?
And how do you get hold of the album without it being confused with a British punk band of the same name (for both the group and the album)?

eeehhh.. the songs written and sung by per sound very gesslish, the other songs not at all, IMHO, but they are also nice... you can buy it online and watch the cover to see if it is the good one

I wanted to buy that album desperatly, but when I got it I didn’t like it. It isn’t bad at all, but is kind of wear. Songs sung by Per are the best.

The best songs are Keep The Radio On (This Is The Perfect Song), Genius Gone Wrong, Apple In The Mud and I Wanna Be With You (I prefer the demo version but...)

yeah, this is a must have for Gessle-lovers (like myself:)! All of the 5-6 songs written by Per are absolutely wonderful! The others (mostly written by Nisse) are ok I guess, but I always end up skipping them:)

Apple In The Mud is the best!!!! Especially the “honey-bunny” part :-)))

I think “Flowers on the moon” is the best song from that album. I think the harmonica sounds great and I think that Per is in the pics of the cover playing a golden Rickenbacker like the one that was stolen from the Ramones guitar player...
Per, anything to declare? :p

The album was released in Japan, that’s Asia, isn’t it?

Um...think Per, with a twist of the 60s.
