Hello

I was one of the people that was bashing FC some time ago. But not this time. I wanted to praise FC shop.
Last two orders I have absolutely no problems with.
I was pleasently surprised to get mazarin package today.
I just wanted to say that recently FC shop was doing great job.(I speak for myself) I wanted to say thank you to everyone involved in FC shop. Great job.

Positive for a change , they deserve it.

Me too, never had problems, they even sent me extra’s such as autographed cards. Didn’t use them this time tough, since the Mazarin DVD wasn’t available anymore.

Good to see that more people have postitive experiences with them!

I ordered the DVD from them and had absolutely no problems with them. My only complaint is that the shipping for 1 DVD was a little high. 9 Euro is expensive.

the fc is also just people like us and the have a fulltime jobs as well. they spend all their free time in the fc. so IF there were ever problems... they are also just humans!!! Would you like to spend all your free time on sending orders, dating up a homepage and organizing all that stuff? They also have a private life!
And i think concerning all that they do a lot for the fans!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly the fanclub have never disappointed me, I’ve always got everything I’ve ordered and normally in good time! Although lately they seem a lot faster, thanx Chantie :)

Fanshop was /is a bit cheaper ;)

the mazarin pack (mazarin + dvd + HKAK single) was 25 + 8 porto = 33 for whole Europe.

at wom.de it is 34,97 Euro, so almost 2 Euro more expensive.

Anyway, about your membership /tourbook:
it was already explained to by email, and you seemed to agree on that... :S

You registered in 99, you got 2 reviews between 99 and 2000 and the tourbook which counted as 2 reviews = 4 reviews, so your membership “expired”.

Then OK, you didn’t get the tourbook, but remember there were some address changes from your side and the Tourbook must have been sent to an old address of yours - at the fanshop they cannot know if you change address or not.. unless you tell them! ;) - but still, a new tourbook was promised.. keep on checking your postbox :)

If you still want it, then pls. check that your address is correct (user account 7725).

The people have been busy with sending the Mazarins away, so people get them as soon as possible, over 300 of them! ;) So I guess that’s the reason why it has been delayed, and there’s a saying “it doesn’t matter how late it arrives, as long as it arrives” ;)

Hi Judith - yes, “it doesn’t matter how late it arrives, as long as it arrives” is very much my principal as well! When items were delayed last year, I had no problem at all, because the fanclub team are really busy, and they do a super job!

Unfortunately, I had a problem: maybe some people are interested in the story, so I will tell it. I ordered the Marie Box Set in October. I asked by e-mail about the order in November, December and February. I didn’t receive replies and was worried, but not too worried because I was honestly happy to be patient. But in March I was e-mailed to say that the order was sent in October, that it had left Netherlands, and that I should persue the problem with the Post Office in the UK. But they weren’t interested in an order that was 6 months old so I lost all the money.

I hope I don’t get flamed for telling this story, because I’m only presenting facts here in case other people find them of interest, and I have persued the matter with the fanclub, the people of which I like very much indeed.

Anyway, it’s great to hear that everything is alright now, and the fanclub team are top, great people. But I would be reluctant to order again because if the order goes missing there is nothing to help you, at least that was what happened to me. Hopefully I am in a very small minority! 1 i haven’t received any mail from the fc saying it has been shipped to me

2 i was/almost was the last one to order it

3 i also ordered the marie compilation, so it makes my order not a standard one (only mazarin to be shipped)

as i result i think i’ll have little time to learn mazarin lyrics if i wanna sing along in Göteborg and Stockholm. Anyway, i’m still busy with the Per Gessle, Scener and GT ones, so i’m hungry for a mazarin but still i can stand the hunger ;)

This past week, every single day, as soon as I get home from work, I open the mailbox: DISAPPOINTMENT! Today I got in, my package was right on the table beside door, RIGHT THERE! I shouted Mazarin Mazarin! hahahah! My mom and dad jumped out of their seats and I burst into laughter. I am very happy!

@ted, i don’t think so since it is not on the fanshop website, and i also asked by mail beafore making my mazarin order if there was any available but it’s already sold out.

By the way, if anyone has an extra roomservice tourbook i’m interested in it, so let me know.

I was just wondering: When I oepened my Mazarin booklet coming with the CD and DVD, it all fell apart! I couldnt even touch it as all the pages are torn right in the middle. Has anyone else experienced this?

No! The paper is very stiff and nice and shiny at the same time! Very fragile! As soon as I opened the booklet, it all fell apart! The pages were torn in the middle!! And oh I handle my Roxette items with care so no force or anything! Dunno what was wrong with them.

the paper is like the one used for room service but a lot thinner, and as soon as u fold it totaly, it gets damaged/torn. The middle pages got torn as soon as I opened the booklet :S

This paper makes it look nice, but it simply sucks. It tears easily, all the fingerprints get easily on it..

So to prevent that it goes on falling appart I copied the lyrics on a .doc, so I can sing along without using the booklet..
