if you have your icq number and password, then download a program called Trillian. You can download it fro free at http://www.trillian.cc . This program is a ICQ/MSN/IRC client all in one.

ok here is my solution seeing as I have recently had computer problems myself. God to youyr kitchen and make a killer pot of coffee or whatever beverage you like. Go to the nearest window and open it aklt he way...smeel that ..thats fresh air something alot of us computer peopel never seem to enjoy. Next unplug your computer from its surge protector ..careful don’t get tangled in the cords. Next, embrac your computer for all they weeks months and years of frustration it has loaded upon you ..then walk with it to the window. Then, with all your might give it a huge shove off the window sil to the hard ground below. Relish in the sound of the case splintering into a thousand pieces. Once all that is done do something so few peopel do anymore...strike up a conversation with family or..god forbid actually call one of your friends now that you can’t communicate with them via email...
