The “All The Videos And More” DVD isn’t available from North American sites like Amazon.com and CDNow (which is with Amazon now).
It hasn’t yet been released here in North America so most will need to import the Pal version from Europe or Australia, using either their computer’s DVD drive or a pal compatible player to view it.
A list of North American players that are Pal compatible can be found at the following url :

Ezydvd appears to be the best price i’ve encountered. My dad ordered it as a gift for me from that company.
Some deals can also be found on ebay and Americans that are in a hurry to get it can but it from towerrecords.com - The American site appears to have some in stock but it’s more expensive.

I will upload the videos from the DVD in reduced quality to RoxBytes as soon as I have some time (that means somewhere in the middle of the next millennium).

that will be great, but please not in the middle of the next millenium because I am going to be on vacations :)

You could try order a copy through Amazon.com or CDNOW.com, or sites like those.
