Rarities

Does anyone have the “Rarities” that will list the tracks and scan the inserts?
I’ve looked for this CD everywhere and can’t find it. Is it a Japanese promo?
I’d love to just see what it looks like inside (doesn’t have to be high quality scans).
Just curious...

Rarities was a tour promotion album primarily aimed at Asia. Here are the pix:

Yes, Malaysian CD is made in Japan. Though it’s missing Toshiba manufacturer word.
Malaysian release is better cos it has not “xerox-like” back sleeve :) And besides has track-length numbers.

Yes, but the discs are not the same anyway, I think. I don’t remember. I have one that’s definitely Japanese, it has Japanese on the spine, but the Malaysian one has English. :)

So Let me get this Straight.
The Malaysian Version has it’s Cd made in Japan and the Sleeve made in Malaysia?
Dave
P.S. which is the rarest??
P.P.S. I’ve Seen a Taiwanese version on Ebay is this real?

Only to say.......Rarities was made to Asia but everybody started to import and it was also released in Brasil :)
tevensso (moderator) said on May 1, 2003 14:27:
Taiwanese? Let me check. Yes it’s legit. Listed in TLFR are:
U.K. (For export only)
Japan
Malaysia (with Japanese disc, though not same)
Taiwan
Argentina
Brazil
Chile.
AntiMario said on May 1, 2003 14:45:
to ditroia: exactly.
Consider Malaysian rarest (except for U.K. which I haven’t seen anywhere)

wow I never heard of the UK one. Can’t wait to get the book, Roberts got one waiting for me.
How much is the malaysian one worth?
Does it Come with an OBI Strip?
I bought mine froma a record fair for $25 AUD
Dave
tevensso (moderator) said on May 1, 2003 17:39:
Yes, there’s an OBI (Wan) on the Taiwanese too. Alas, I don’t have that one. :( And I seem to recall that the Argentinian one was made in Canada, but I may remember incorrectly.
AntiMario said on May 1, 2003 18:49:
Nope, Malaysian had no OBI strip.
The funny thing is that I bought it here in Russia. One shop had a bunch of Rarities and when I asked seller he said: “It’s woth buying! It’s ONLY being produced in Malaysia”. :) I wasn;t so skilled back then to reply he was wrong... It costed like 18$
Besides the whole Malaysian (and Taiwanese) release has a much better booklet printing quality (in my opinion)
P.S. Also funny that I bought Gessle’s “Do You Wanna Be My Baby” Maxi here made in... Australia, Dave!. This one was for 50 rubles (around 1,8$).
