I don‘t think she wants to sound young anymore because when you get older, as a consolation for fading youth you gain wisdom. And i think this is what she‘s going to point out with her voice. Otherwise she would loose credibility.
Look at Madonna ( O.K. she‘s more succesfull but she‘s become rediciulous)!
