Okay something a little light hearted... anyone had vanilla coke??
Finally got it in the UK today... I first tried it in Sweden in December and it is so much nicer than normal coke!

One thing I can’t stand is coke from a can... is it me, or does the coke taste of metal?? I prefer it in a bottle.
Lemon coke is cool, but only if it’s ICE cold. If you leave it even a few minutes, it tastes like the watered down coke you get in pubs... y’know where they over load the glass with ice, and give you the smallest amount of coke! Bleh!

Yeah! It tastes just like the float cokes we get on holiday! If you ever go to St.Ives in cornwall, go to the surf shack shop and get one! the nicest thing to have on the beach after surfing! yummy yummy!

Yes Ally, there is a Diet Vanilla Coke and it’s just as yummy as regular Vanilla Coke. It has it’s own unique flavour, could be the diet ingredients that make it so unto its own. The labels are different too, regular Vanilla Coke being a tannish red and Diet Vanilla being like a gold/silver hybrid. I could be in the mood for one or the other.
And tonight I had both a Mug Root Beer, yum, and a Diet Vanilla Coke, awesome!!!
Oh lastly, Denst, I agree with you, I hate drinking Coke from a can, even Vanilla Coke from a can!! Sure, the metallic bit I agree with, but I prefer drinking from a 20oz bottle cuz you can close it up by screwing on the cap and carry it underneath your arm while carrying things with both hands. The can you can’t close up, very awkward and a pain in the ass to carry around.

Coke with blackcurrant juice in is LISH!(Home made, or use orange squash). So, i’m wanting to try blue pepsi... NOW!! LOL!

I like Pepsi Blue!! It’s unique, interesting and light, like a blueberry cola. It’s very sweet so I only have it once in a rare while. I actually prefer Mountain Dew Code Red, THAT is good stuff!! It’s like a Cherry Mountain Dew, almost like, I hate to say it, a Shirley Temple!!

Prefer diet Lime Coke though, but that one we don’t have in Austria. Only seen it in Sweden, Norway and France. In France they also have a diet Coke called Sango that has some kind of orange taste. Quite yummy as well.

Coke is my daily drug. Pepsi is only acceptable when there’s nothing else on hand. Loved it when I was younger, but then I grew up and wanted something that wasn’t so sugary.
Lime—love lime—but in Coke? Not my favorite variety. Vanilla is good, but I haven’t had it in donkey’s years.

Vanilla Coke has officially gone in the UK, although I do still see Diet Vanilla Coke (but it’s not the same for that sugar rush)....
We also have Diet Cherry Coke now, but I still prefer Cherry Coke....
We have the lime as well, but I just hated that!

Yeah, well, I haven’t seen Lime Coke around here lately. There’s something just a bit off about it. Lime is such a tart flavor, I think maybe it makes the soda too sweet. I dunno.

No, Vanilla Coke is gone from Sweden and now also from the US. They have a new model in the US though - Black Cherry Vanilla, but I couldn’t taste any vanilla at all in it.
