MOnster Hangover

Hi.

I read the booklet, and if I didn’t look at the credits, I would say that the notes to each song have been written by Per… at least I would’ve written them, and it sounds like Per. The credits do say “Sleeve notes: Sven Lindström”, though this could mean the intro at the beginning…

Anyway, to the point of my message. “Monster Hangover” is a song Per has written and could’ve been the single instead of Opnox.
It almost sounds like “only Per” material and not for Roxette. And just looking further into the title, we could actually say that till now Pers career has been a party, a total freaking out experience, and now needs to change a bit...not necessarily into a hangover,...that would be depressing.
In a way I feel like I want and need Per doing something different. Getting away from Roxette, and EVEN GT… go solo, or a new band, a new style, a new atmosphere… it’s all turning out too programmed, too repetitive… if I were Per:

2003: finish solo album and GT tracks.
2004: release solo accompanied by GT tracks and go live ;)
2005: back to studio from scratch…. New ideas, new people, new style…
2006: surprise fans…
2007: ...not another Rox compilation...

Oh Peter, you souldn’t drink whisky in the mornings... What the hell is Monster hangover???

I read it somewhere ...

a song written by Per!! it’s mentioned in the Pop hits booklet...

In the booklet say “remember where you read that first”, talking about Monster Hangover ¿?¿?¿?¿

Yeah, like Myth in the CBB! tourbook... Remember where you read this first, ha ha!

btw. The sleevenotes were not written by Per but they obviously quote him.

i actually think that the notes were written by Per...that is, the notes related to each song... Sven wrote the introduction paragraph...
THe song notes I think are Per and he quotes himself... that’s my impression though if the credits just say Sven, then it must be him...nice sense of humour anyways.
