My God -> what a day I had yesterday!! Eeeek!! Anyways woke up yesterday morning only to discover that I’ve been burgled! (Not a very pleasant situation to be in when there’s no smokes to help you through it)... Anyways, all that was taken was my mobile (which was lying right next to me - scary!!), a couple of bucks out of my wallet & a couple of leather jackets (that I refuse to wear)... Thank God all the appliences were still untouched and that my CD collection was unharmed... God I don’t know what I would’ve done if any CD’s went missing!! I’m rather relieved to find the damage minimal & that I’m okay, but hey those ppl must have been cold & hungry - as it seems rather desperate to break into a place where there are still people inside!!

I’m not all that fond of fireworks. . .my mother always said that my brother & I were dropping (as in ready to be born) and then my brothers lit some fireworks on the 4th and we retreated back up and stayed in the womb for another 4 days.

I was in such a mood on Saturday and my friend pointed out that since I am a Cancer, zodialogically, and the moon was big and orange that it that was the problem. Not sure that’s true. . .
We went out driving the back roads around my hometown just like we used to do when we were in high school, radio blasting, singing at the top of our lungs, getting pulled over by the cops. It was just the thing for the evening, made me feel happier.
Tomorrow the vacation continues and then home for a day and off on a business trip on Friday.

yeah, I finished those a while ago now. My final exam was on june 22nd. Then I had my prom on July 1st, and officially left school July 2nd. My sister finished school on friday, so it is the kids summer holidays over here now.
I should be starting work tomorrow, though my new boss hasn’t called to let me know what time I should be in. I guess I should call her.
I also go on holiday next weekend, down to cornwall to visit my grandparents. I’m looking forward to that :)

well, yesterday went well. I work at a kids holiday club at the park on the way into town. Nice kids, and good job. no, but I went to one on thursday. Only a local band, well from south east London, but I LOVE them!! They are called ’Kieth and the marzipan soldiers’ and are actually a christian band. I got talking to their guitarist after one of their gigs a few weeks ago, and he invited us to this one on Thursday. Was so great; we were walking up the hill to the venue and they were sitting on the bank outside. They called me over and we were just chatting with them. Then when one of the other bands were playing during the show, they were all taking a breather outside. I met them out there and got talking again, then we all went in and were dancing together right at the front!! It was so amazing!!
well that probably means nothing to you, cos no-one will know of them, but to me it meant so much!!

The concert ROCKED! She sang Missionary Man the way Eurythmics did on Peacetour, with that Louisiana bayou flavor. LOVED IT! I Need A Man had these machine gun lights that synced with the drums, very cool, although I think I was the only one around me that knew every inch of all the songs. I was rattling off that list in INAM alng with her and got an odd look from someone. But she only sang for an hour, I needed MORE! Waiting in Vain was great, and Cold—argh! Soooooo beautiful.
Medusa—you should get the Peacetour DVD if you don’t already have it. It’s chockablock with stuff and I may have to watch it today.
