ON on VH1 Europe

Well, don’t know if anyone may care, but, I had written to VH1 Europe, asking whether ON’s video was already on their playlist and, well, just got this reply from them:
“hi,
the video has yet to be released for european airplay, even though the song is being played on radio. the record company have yet to service us with this clip.”
Hmm... EMI? Hellooo?
