I think the The Live Hits would make a great album and DVD, the album i doubt will ever happen, but i see no reason why they wouldn’t in time release a live DVD.

The reason why there is no live DVD is that the quality of the recordings is too low to be put on a DVD.

The problem is, that it is not worth releasing them, EMI thinks... coz they won’t be hits. :(
As for me, I would be happy if they release Live Service only, coz it is the only unreleased video. Others are in perfect quality on Laser Disks.

Live-ism was released on DVD in Brasil by the magazine DVDWorld.

The only concert from the Room Service tour that was recorded with video cameras is the Stockholm gig. They said that they didn’t use such professional equipment to record that one, only cameras good enough for the webcast. Very likely the resolution of those cameras isn’t good enough for a DVD. Also, I doubt they recorded 5.1 sound.

Don’t know about quality, they used only 4 cams, but it was one of three our major channels.
as for music, - have you heard FLAF? ;)
I guess such a quality is OK.
and Alan may make 5.1 from stereo in few days!
