K-otic steel sleeve design from Roxette

Hi,
Especially for the Dutch fans (who know K-otic):
Today I saw the sleeve of the new K-otic single by accident. I guess it’s called ’Tears won’t dry’ or something. They stole the sleeve design from Look Sharp! On the top it’s in Gothic capitols: The Daily K-otic. Furhermore it also looks like a paper.
This is childish! 15 years ago it was nice for Roxette, but why copy this! Besides, to replace The Daily Gazette for The Daily Roxette sounds nice, but The Daily K-otic sounds totally stupid!

The album “LIES” by Guns’n’Roses had a sleeve with newspaper print too.. and that was before look sharp.. Now who’s “copying” who? (also, this one isn’t quite a-like, but more a-like than this k-otic sleeve)

The Look sharp cover looked like a Newspaper thingy, but this here... is so cheap.

The whole concept of how that “band” was founded sucked for that matter. Anyway, they’re history, that’s all that matters.

“Lies” was not before Roxette. “Look Sharp!” was released in October ’88 and “Lies” was released November 30 ’88.
