I guess it’s not a part of the demo what you see, a demo is a recorded version of a song, I doubt a lot he “made a demo” on a videotape. They have their own studio for that.

In the making of Joyride they show the making of the Big L. demo.
They even put a screen saying “the making of the Big L. demo” or something like that.

BTW, a part of “The Big L” demo and ideas can be seen and heard in “the making of Joyride”.
