When it comes to the rights of handicapped people people needs “shock treatment”. Careless people can hurt a lot... I just hope everyone will remind this when talking about handicapped. They don’t deserve to be treated like most people do treat them.

well I have worked with handicapped people, so I know how they feel, and a cousin of mine has Down Syndrome, but there are ways and ways to ask for things....we all have feelings.. :/
