Song stolen from "Silver i din hand"???

Talking about royalties, I was just watching the Dutch Countdown re-runs, and I saw this song called “Wonderful” by a Dutch band, but the chorus is just a fast version of Silver i din hand from Marie. Anybody knows something about this? The song is from 1989...

The other song its “por una como tú” by Paolo Meneguzzi; another italian singer, and yes both songs(Laura pausini&Paolo ’s songs) are very similar to silver i din hand!!!

The chorus says something like that “Alguien como tú” or “una como tu”....
