Well, it was said earlier that Marie and Per were developing new ideas with Jonas Akerlund. Don’t remember if it was an interview with Per or Jonas. I’m sure we’ll get a cool one!

My concern is that we haven’t heard anything about the video. No preparations, no ideas, no video will be included on the single, nothing. I’m really afraid that there won’t be a video for this single. Which means, no matter that it’s awesome, it will fail.

1. Did we ever hear about a video a month before the single release? I think not, at least not in general. But we know that they have been planning for this video!
2. We just know the tracklisting of the “normal” single, which btw. never contains a video. Just have to wait for info on the maxi single!

I think last time we got to hear about ATAY video recording end of August, thru Aftonbladet, Aftonbladet and TV4’s nyhetsmorgon had the video premiere of the video about 1 -2 weeks after ATAY radio release.

There is not going to be a maxi single for ON, confirmed by EMI.
We were able to see the video for ATAY on TV4’s / Aftonbladet website the same week as Mix Megapol first played it.
And yea, there were articles on the ATAY video one and a half month before the radiorelease.

OK, found it... http://www.allrecords.de/shop/suchennorm.php?m=next&sid=141977069&uid=0&... lists two ON singles! The numbers listed there are 724355189929 and 724355189721 - maybe one is the cardboard- and the other the jewelcase-version... cos I highly doubt EMI would release the cardboard one in Germany as most shops don’t like them!

I think it will be more a retrospective video... showing scenes from all Rox videos.
Something like “Walk On Water” (I think it’s this video) by Aerosmith, when a girl came into a room with all these tv sets and several Aerosmith videos where rolling there.
I bet it will be something like that IF Marie can’t join the video.

There were plans on doing a video like all of you have mentioned but I have a feeling due to Marie’s recovery they probably won’t be able to do a video...hopefully I’m wrong.

If she is not up to doing a video (a shoot is not filmed in 20 mins.) then there shouldn’t be one. Or at least have one where neither P or M have to go through hours upon hours of time filming the sucker.

Well the music business doesnt work like that. Its all about $$$. And Im sure they want a video to promote the single and album. If Marie is really sick and cannot perform in a video, a videoclip should and must be made. Because it sounds like so far Per is singing both the chorus and verses to ON, and is probably singing most of it. Just like ’You Dont Understand Me’ where Marie sang the song and Per was seen for about 5 seconds for the whole video. So whats the difference? Marie is sick, we are all concerned about her. So should there should be no video at all? I dont think so.

Per and Marie cartoons or something. I’ve seen so many video clips like that. I think Vanessa Amarosi had one. An animated video clip would be something new for Roxette.

The video is still in production. That’s why it isn’t included on the ON-single.
