How open is your country to foreign music?

OK we all know that English songs rule the world (God save the Queen). I’m half English and I’m happy about this also because English is a lovely language. In Italy we get:
All English songs
All Italian songs (of course)
A little French now and then
Many Spanish (mostly dance)
I listen to a lot of Swedish and Norwegian songs and recently to Russian too (Taty). Also some Danish. Wouldn’t it be great if we could choose among them all?
For instance I don’t like Tatu’s song...
“They’re Not Gonna Get Us” a lot but I adore the original “Nas Nie Dogoniat”...

loads and loads of English songs, quite a lot Bulgarian (with few good :-/ ) and few French, German, Russian, rarely in any other language. Las Ketchup is the last wave.... bleeh....

Goran Bregovic isn’t Bulgarian. Serbian , I think, but I’m not too sure.

nope, Goran isn’t Bulgarian; he is Croatian to my knowledge, but the choirs on his last tour come from Bulgaria :)

Usually, the Latino music is what is the next biggest when it comes to music in a foreign language. At least in Utah.
