About the thing with the Computer ID, I know that mine here at work hasn’t got one, as I once looked at this one site with all the Stats of users coming into this one site, whenever I came in, I could not be identified... that was the same on just any site I ever came across.... so, I hope all my effort is not going to be wasted...

Well, I have given about 10-12 votes, I am not sure If MTV accepts the fact I have given the same mailadres a couple of times.
To make the chance bigger, I have already used 7 mailadresses, but that’s all I have.
So to give more votes, I had to use the same mailadres a couple of times.

I know this sounds really bad now, but I also took about 100 email addresses of my friends and used them to vote for Roxette. (I checked with them beforehand of course) so, just sent out an email to your friends you have got in your address book and ask then if they would be fine with it... please, I know that we can do it!

I think I need to tell you Guys something encouraging here. Don’t think it won’t make a difference, there are actually quite a few people giving votes for ATABY!! Seriously, 5 out of 10 times I look on that site, at least one of the last 10 given votes was for Roxette! So please, lets work all together, some fans are doing it already, now please you help as well! Just imagine what huge difference that could be for Roxette, MTV is huge, I am positive, Roxette would get more promotions in the UK and US if they see, that ATABY was Number one at the MTV 2002 charts!

I just another Idea how to find out real email addresses! You know when you make up a new email address at hotmail or where ever. Sometimes it tells yo to use something else, as your suggested name is in use already... so just go into hotmail for example, pretend making up a new addy and try names you think that would be in use already and make a not of all the names that are in use and just use them to Vote! No email will be sent to the entered email address, so that wouldn’t be a problem...
over the weekend I just saw, that Ace of Base got so much more votes in for their crap song, the Ace of Base fans are working really hard on getting their band to the top and it seems like they are going to make it. I find that to be really dissapointing. So guys, please!!! PLEEEEASE!!! Lets work together, vote for OUR BAND and A Thing about You!!!! As many times as we can, even if it takes hours! Do it, so we get Roxette back to the top, just imagine what that could mean for Roxette! They could get all the promotion they for the UK and US if EMI would see, that Roxette are Number one at MTV 2002 best songs!!! So please help!!!

Again, within the last hour, Ace of Base has received a huge amount of votes!!! Seriously! They get really consistent and strong voting, what a downfall it would be if Ace Of Base would beat Roxette here!

Today alone I have given Roxette 182 votes at all different times during the day, and through this I saw, the compatition is sooo huge! On this site, you can always see the last 10 given votes...sometimes when I voted twice within like 5 seconds, up to 10 more votes came in and sometimes even up to 10 for Ace of Base! I also saw though, that sometimes other Roxers gave their Votes, which I was delighted about!! Please, please continue voting, I just know we will make a difference, if we all work this together! But give a correct email address, with the second link provided in this discussion. Just in case MTV checks if email address are incorect... so please, please keep voting! Just imagine the news for Roxette, being Number one at MTV again!!! After soooo many years! remeber they dont look at the email adress it’s your computer ID number they count ): sorry to dissapoint you) If you used 100 diffrent computers then it will count as 100 votes. Ds.

Keep on voting! I’ve just done and the list of the 10 last votes was filled with 5 votes for Roxette!!! The other 5 were CHRISTINA AGUILERA, JENNIFER LOPEZ, PINK and SCOOTER.

please give your votes! Make up new email addresses, it only takes seconds on hotmail, please, lets give votes to Roxette a thing about you! If we can get Roxette to Number one, this will make a huge difference for them, I am sure of it! So please, all of us, lets give at least 100 votes each, just make up 100 new email addresses, sure this way we can give Roxette the credit they really deserve. This is not just a small national chart, this is international, so if we can get them number one of 2002, I am sure, they will get so much more promotion for the US and the UK when the new release kicks of there, so please, please vote!!!
