What's the Roxette album you bought the most?

I mean with this... what’s the Roxette album that you had to buy a few times ’cos it got broken or any other reason (different editions, etc.), *please point out the reason*.

I had to buy Look Sharp 2 times (MC version and then when i got a CD player the CD version)
Joyride 6 times... i had to buy 2 MC (you know MC doesn’t last long if you use it a lot :-] )
and i had to buy the CD 4 times..... 1 got broken, the replacement was the edition without I remember you so i gave it away to a friend and buy the edition with I remember you, and then i bought another copy for my gf.
And Tourism 3 times.... 2 MC as allways :P and then the CD version.

And for the rest of the albums just 1 copy if a remember well.

please answer, i wanna see something.

I’ve got 2 copies of Tourism. Got 1st from my Dad for my birthday and 2nd from my Mom’s boyfriend as a Christmas present - it’s still packed :)))

Overall I’ve bought:

POP ’97 - once (a present from my mother)

LS! - twice (I had the cassette originally, then I got the CD for the extra track...and longer version of Chances)

J - 3 times (had the cassette before losing it...don’t ask how :( bought the CD ’without’ I Remember You, and had Soul Deep in a different place - then finally got the CD with the original tracks, and has DBU-GTTC on the spine)

T - 3 times (had the cassette before it got lost, like Joyride :( then I got the CD, later on I got the double LP for the sake of Roxette ;) )

C!B!B! - once.

DBU-GTTC - once.

BEE - once (it’s rare here, so I took advantage of me finding it - I haven’t found it again since then...lucky me! :D )

HAND - once.

RS - once.

C!B!B! - Twice. The normal version and then the stupid cheap american version.

Funnt though, when I first read this topic I though: How stupid can people be, buying more than one copiy of an album... just realizing that I have done the same for at least 4 albums!

I’ve never bought more than 1 copy of an album, though I’ll have to buy again Baladas en Español because my cousin got it when she came here last summer and my mother keeps on telling me she loved the album and that I whould never have let her get it... :(
But the rest just one copy... some have scratches and so on (CBB and DBUGTTC) and I can’t listen to Fireworks on the discman, but it’s not something serious :D
The serious thing is that the Crash Boom Live and Återtåget videos can’t be played right on my vid... Återtåget came home from the fanclub with the case smashed :’(
Well, anyway, I think I’ve never bought a CD more than one time, not Roxette, not the other :D

POP - 1 piratic BG (Bulgarian) MC
POP’97 - 1 CD
LS! - 2 piratic BG MC’s (second was with lyrix :), 1 piratic BG MC for a pal, 1 CD
J — same here (only the second MC had no lyrix, just some more pix) —
T — same here (but MC#2 with lyrix) —
C!B!B! — same here —
Rarities - 2 piratic BG MC’s (1 for me, 1 for pal)
DBU-GTTC - 3 or 4 piratic BG MC’s (2 or 3 for my pal, different covers), 1 CD
BEE - 1 CD (not quite sure if there wasn’t also a piratic version for my pal...)
HAND - 1 CD, 4 MC’s (1 for me, 3 for friends)
RS - 1 CD, 1 piratic CD, 4 MC’s (1 for me, 3 for friends)
TBH - 1 piratic CD, 3 MC’s (1 for me, 2 for friends)

Guess that’s it... so far.
(Oh, and numerous piratic compilations on MC’s and CD’s for my pen-pals :)

1 Dutch re-release CD
5 Canadian cassettes (1989 re-release) (found a ’stash’ of them in a store one time and bought them all because they were so damned hard to find... I gave them to friends and traded them away...)
Look Sharp!: 8 times: 1 Canadian LP (found it in a used record shop, couldn’t resist...)
1 US LP (just ’cos it was there)
1 Canadian CD (my first! A gift from my dad)
2 Canadian MCs - wore out the first, I can still hear in my head the part where “The Look” dropped out (and “Listen To Your Heart, on the other side! Thank GOD for CDs!).. I actually sat by my radio all day once to win a copy of the cassette so I wouldn’t have to buy another!!
1 US MC
1 UK LP (for the insert... (-: )
1 Israeli MC
For most of the others, I’ve got the Canadian CD and MC (if in existence!), but also usually the Swedish or Dutch CD because after “Crash! Boom! Bang!” nothing came out in Canada at the same time as the rest of the world... I’m a collector though, so buying multiple copies of an album isn’t too weird for me. Thank God for CDs, though... I would probably own eight or nine wrecked copies of “Have a Nice Day” by now... (-:

HAND - 1 CD (I’ll have the Spanish version soon, too) and 4 MC’s so far (1 for me & 3 for friends... but I have to buy one more for me, if you see what mine looks like, you’ll understand why... and as being the first album by Roxette I bought, it’s something very special, if I had the money I’d buy...umm, something like 10 more ;)
DBU - GTTC! 2000 - soon I’ll get it on CD
RS - 3 MC’s (1 for me & 2 for friends)
TBH - 1 MC (I’ll buy one more for a friend; and I’ll get a CD soon)
