I think Bringing Me Down To Your Knees, Drowning in You and Silver Blue are some of Roxette’s greatest pieces.
Strange enough I prefer to listen to them over many of Roxette’s hits.
Anyone who feels like I do?

Serious: I love 7/20/7 at the moment. I will ask my band if we can play it. Useually we play Coverrock-Songs which everyone knows (Song which are/were high in the charts) but maybe we can play it. But I don´t have so much hope.... maybe 5% that we play it...

Do you honestly think that “It Hurts” is underrated?
I personally think it’s more like OVERrated since so many ppl thought it was really great.
Something that would suit the expression ’underrated’ would be “View From A Hill”; Come on - it’s not that bad!

No doubt, the most underated song is “Watercolors in the rain.” This song is simply amazing, the best Roxette ballad ever and I doubt, that they are ever going to release another ballad that even comes close to this one. The arrangements of the song, the delivery of Maries vocals, the lyrics... this song takes you into a different world for 3 minutes...
the best part must be right after the first chorus, when Marie sings: “Find a place to settle down, get a job, in a city nearby...” That is simply amazing.

The underestimated songs by Roxette are usually the ones which don’t sound like Roxette. I guess it’s because Rox are pushed by the rec. comp. to release the songs with that very familiar Roxette sound to be recognizable, while the really good ones stay aside.
