Did people that ordered the book before the site
went down are still going to get it and if yes , when does it ship ?

Sure you’ll still get it! We ship it as soon as it comes in. More info you can get at [email protected]

Dear All of you!

Due to technical circumstances at our payment provider Tiscali/e.Trade we were forced to close the Official Roxette Fanshop because we only allow secure payments in our shop!

The reason was that Tiscali forgot (really!) to renew the Secure Server certificate via the Dutch branche of Verisign (Pink Roccade). On top of that all, Pink Roccade is facing technical challenges to get the SSL certificate working on the Lotus Domino secure server of Tiscali.

Therefore we are forced to go directly to Bibit instead of using the Pay It Now method. You won’t see any difference at selecting your online payment method, because it uses the same interface and secure online payment methods you’re used to.

So far for the technical hokuspokus blahblah... !!

The good news is that the Official Roxette Fanshop is open again and you can still order your copy of “The Look For Roxette” and your free picture will be included anyway!!

And.... on top of it all, the price is now EUR38,95 instead of EUR39,95. All of you who already purchased the book before will get a credit in the
Fanshop for future orders.!!!

“The Look For Roxette” will be packed during the weekend of 14-15th of december and it will ship out on Monday, december 16th to all of you! We just received confirmation from Premium that they will deliver all books to our warehouse at 12/13th december.

Also, please remember that the offer for the Official EMI Merchandise is still valid. So if you don’t want to miss your voucher for a 10% discount*, make sure you order your merchandise before Dec 1st!

@irtje: do you answer the mails? I sent two but didn’t get any answer till now

@Lonely Girl: Chantie answers those e-mails, but Chantie had a computercrash last week, so she’s really busy now catching up with the mails. Starting tonight, I’ll answer some of the info mails as well, but I can onyl answer the ’simple questions’, since I do not have access to the database.

@Iertje: (sorry for the misspelling the first time) I just had problems to pay my order last saturday. So I don’t know if my order is still valid and how I can give you the details of my credit card for paying...

lonely_girl, best is to contact Chantie, since she has access to the database, give her your customer ID and order number and she will look at it :)
