What kind of music is Brainpool? Pop or rock?
*Judith* are you talking about Joey´s very new album that was released this fall?
Santi said on November 28, 2002 20:06:
Brainpool is... GREAT!!!
Ok, I would say is pop, but some of their songs (That’s my charm, Every day, I feel good...) you could say is pop-punk :D
Well, I’m not good saying about music genres, I just like music :)

My mother loves KENT!!! :DD
Especially the last album Vapen Och Ammunition. She doesn’t understand a word even in English, and thinks Swedish is a very weird language, but she likes a lot songs like “Sundance Kid”, “Dom Andra” or “Kärleken Väntar”.
She has asked me to translate all the lyrics into Spanish :DDDDD
roxlad said on November 28, 2002 22:06:

I‘m looking for Patrik Isaksson’s lyrics over the internet... I’ve found some, but I‘d like to get more!!! Does anyone know where I can get them?
And I‘d like to know some more about Thomas Ledin... I really like his songs, although I’ve heard just a few.

Ace of Base
Cornelis Vreeswijk (was it written like that?)
Cardigans
Kent (unfortunately heard only two songs of them)

Hmmm, Very Weird that so few people mentioned Secret Service.
They released like 6 albums in the 70’s- 80’s and had such Amazing songs as
“Flash in the night”
“10 O’clock Postman”
“Oh Susie”
“Let Us Dance Just a Little Bit More”
....And many others
Also a Group called Sonic Dream Collective.
Their “Gravity” album from 1996 was Amazing, and they sounded a lot like Ace of Base.

Anarem: Got no idea why I do not like Peter Forsberg. Maybe cause he is very good and aggressive and plays well against Canucks? I dunno :). But liked your Stefan Edberg rating :D.
Anarem said on December 26, 2003 07:37:
I used to like Edberg a long time ago. I would have named Bjorn Borg instead but he was way before my time, and I was too young to see any of his matches. So I named Edberg. He wasn’t the greatest player in tennis, but he was the only Swedish tennis player I could remember watching.
DaminehGessle said on December 27, 2003 05:51:
Heh... I later rented Bjorn Borg videos and watched the matches. He was an awesome player indeed. I dunno why I like Edberg more though. I remember I cried when he was retiring. Oh good old tennis... I remember the days I used to wear tennis earrings, necklace and carry my tennis shoes and my tennis equipment anywhere I went. My life was tennis, swimming, Roxette and Queen. I miss it soooo much.

Ingmar Bergman & Pernilla August. (The Best Intentions is in my top 3 all time favorite films.)

jepp, Minna designed www.Buddaboys.com and I have translated it from Swedish into English, Spanish and German and have been updating it, replying to emails etc etc since April :) (Just added some replies to the “Ask Buddaboys” :P)
It’s, of course, nice and a pleasure to work for the girls Eva (Dahlgren), Mija and Greta (Folkesson), they are nice gals :)
And Joey’s albums are great, they are all pretty different, the first one, A place to call home, is more acoustic, the 2nd, Azalea’s place, has quite some synths and the last one, Joey Tempest is more rocky. I think he is a great song-writer and singer, can’t wait for Europe’s comeback: album and tour, hearing Joey’s voice live must be great!!!!
Santi said on December 29, 2003 20:48:

LOL A Very Weird Question related to Army Of Lovers:
Has anyone here ever heard the album by
Pernilla Wahlgren “I Myself and Me”
How would you describe the music on it?
Who, except Bard, wrote songs for it?
I can’t even find the Tracklisting, and I never heard the album
Never really heard any of her music :( Did I miss alot?
Anarem said on January 2, 2004 05:08:
@Santi:
Tommy Salo is a good goalie, but I still can’t forget the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City, where Sweden was playing against Belarus, the puck bounced off Salo’s head... and into the net.
DaminehGessle said on January 2, 2004 09:03:

Santi: Why do you like Flames??? I totally dislike them since they play so well and aggressively against Canucks. They get on my nerves.

Chicago is nice cos it’s one of the original six and one of the most talented guy in NHL, Tuomo Ruutu plays there.

Oh and Max Martin. Yes not an artist but so nice to hear the Swedish sound on American radio.
Euro4Ever said on January 5, 2004 05:04:
Wasn’t Max Martin in a Rock Band called “It’s Alive” before Dennis Pop recruited him? I think it was released by Cheiron.
What about a Swedish 80’s Pop Group called Freestyle/Style? Tommy Ekman was a member, before he started producing stuff for others. I never heard them, but They look like Cheesey 80’s Music.
Stormkeeper said on January 10, 2004 09:33:
