You know, I found VengaRox to be... different, a break from the norm. Funny even. But to make light like that of Ms. Fredriksson’s illness... well, I think you have gone a bit too far. It’s one thing to take cheap shots at things like Balladas, and the court case that Mr. Gessle recently went through. Hell, that’s almost EXPECTED. But to take a shot at something that is life-threatening, it’s crossing the lines of decency.
In fact, this has disturbed me a bit much. It ranks up there in taste with the jokes made after the Challenger Disaster a few years back. Sure, you laugh at them briefly... but in the long run, they’re just sad and pathetic, and REALLY unnecessary.

I agree with you guys, that was not funny anymore.
I thought you were more clever those behind Vengarox.

A brain tumour is not a joke.
And I‘m sure that according to Marie Micke is VERY goodlooking.

Don’t like the game and I hate (really hate!) the joke of Marie’s illness. It makes me mad when people do something like that! You should be more decent and respectful. This is really pathetic!

Don´t like this site...all the jokes are very poor. And the Brain Tumor joke (is that a joke?) is a very good example for that.

I think that board game is very funny, besides the reference to Marie’s illness. That’s something you shouldn’t joke about. but the rest is funny :-)

I agree with U fellas!
Their site has always been on the edge of good taste! But this is way too STUPID and NOT funny!!!!
It’s a SAD time we’re living in... that people use to have fun with other people’s sorrows! :o(((
Roxoholic said on November 22, 2002 14:19:
I think the site is stupid. Why don´t someone make a boardgame of the site and tell how stupid it is?!
PerFanatic said on November 22, 2002 18:08:
Hey Venga-Rox, I usually get a kick out of your site, but this time you have gone too far. At the very least, please delete that brain tumor reference, it indeed is not funny.
Also, what the heck is up with the Vengaboys? It seems that Roxette has released 2-3 CD since the VB’s last one.

hahahah, hej morrons :DD
This is like 2nd parts are never good, well this is 3rd or 4th version of their site, but anyway, they are copying themselves now, so the jokes become easy.
The fact that they joked about Marie’s tumour is still there, they DID, so we - or at least me - have lost any respect to them anyway.
We should be proud that they have changed the joke about the tumour, for the one where they make fun of us, at least, they dont laugh about Marie’s illness anymore
**happy to be called morron, if that’s to stop the joke about Marie**
gyllene_tjej said on November 23, 2002 18:03:
@Judith: there has never been any respect for them anyway...
steven said on November 23, 2002 18:25:
Not only have he/she/them demonstarted to us their incredible bad taste in ’humour’, they have now also alienated themselves against the whole community. That’s quite some achievment.
Jud (moderator) said on November 23, 2002 19:25:
well “respect”, they were funny till one extent, now they are just crap and cheap :P

i hope venga rox gets a tumor in his butt he is seriously unfunny
animalkingdom said on November 24, 2002 18:34:
Okay, how can any Roxette fan call this site funny? I believe I have an excellent sense of humour but, eh, this...? And I didn’t even catch the tumour joke (lucky me).
They seriously have a problem with Roxette - I mean they must hate the band! The sad part is that they’ve actually have done a serious amount of job with that crappy site: I just wonder how many times they watched ’The Making of Joyride’ and got Marie’s (fantastic - yes, that word ends with a ’c’) comments.
Annoying and stupid.
PS. Could someone remove this mental case from the TDR members?
Vixzter said on November 24, 2002 18:56:
totaly agee with Judiths comment .....not having seen the updated site until now I missed it all.
zeeshan said on November 24, 2002 20:12:
Guys guys guys..... why are we even wasting our time passing comments on such a pathetic looser!? We should not even waste our time talking about this shi*. I hate this site and the proper of hating something is not even to “think” about it.. cuz then u are actually giving it an importance.
Lets skip this crap... Lars please made this an archive thread or something or better yet delete it. Lets ROX on with our lives and Roxette!

I used to find this spoof site quite funny...
However, the inclusion of the ’brain tumour’ reference in the spoof board game has crossed the line of decency.
