Unreliable and not to be trusted RoxetteDirect

i still disagree.... this matter should’ve been resolved last week when I first raised the issue with my original email... how ever all my email prior to today was sent to [email protected], but i got fed up waiting for a response that i ended up emailing almost everyone that has someting to do with the fan club and has anything to do with roxette.
I was also informed that Chantie will talk to ronald about it (in charge of the online shop) and will get back to you a.s.a.p. and that they got the album much later than advertised.... instead i’m being sent around the houses whilst the fan club has my money and my goods.
Therefore i have the right to be frustrated and angry at the treatment that i’ve had at sorting this problem out.
the fan club may say that they’re sorting the problem, but are they?
how many emails do i need to send before i get my goods or refund or at least a reply? why don’t they answer the telephone which is displayed in their website? how come if someones computer has crashed they’re unable to access their email from another computer?
they may be oftering their services free of charge but that doesn’t excuse them of a poor and unreliable service - if that’s the case, they shouldn’t be providing a service at all.
I think when the mess is sorted out, I will no longer have any connection with them, even if it means i have to wait a long long time to get roxettes latest singles and albums - i can frankly do without the hassle and grief.

I’ve now seen this person’s first e-mail to the fc and answered it. BTW Chantie (who handles the fanshop and questions about it) can not access her computer rightnow to deal with complaints because her hard disc crashed and she can not check her mail.

Well, a couple of other threads show there are many satisfied customers these days. We had major problems previously, but things have changed fortunately.

I can´t really reply to your original message since you´re editing it all the time, sorry. I´m sure everyone will do his or her best to please you.
