It’s really sad that the EMA feature more US artists everytime, it sucks!!! I don’t want to see Eminem, I want to see european groups!!
I think the last decent EMA I saw was the one in Ireland (year?)
Anyway, what groups performed?

@ etrejos, Dublin was 1999.
Do you mean what groups performed this year?
Anyway, Bon Jovi, Pink, Röyksopp, Moby, Whitney, Christina Aguilera, Enrique Iglesias, Coldplay, Eminem, the Foo Fighters, Wyclef Jean and Robbie Williams were on stage in Palau Sant Jordi.

Did you watch the Europe Music Awards last night?
What did you think?
Although I fell asleep during the last hour I was very sorry to learn that the Pet Shop Boys did not show up. A little more European blood wouldn’t have done any harm.
I don’t like the present idea of the EMA’s. It’s become too America-centered as 8 performers out of 12 came across the Atlantic Ocean. Where were David Bowie, Manic Street Preachers or the Cranberries, for instance?
What was your favourite performance last night?
I really think Röyksopp and, believe it or not, Enrique Iglesias did really well.
Eminem was, yet again, pathetic with his overdub vocals. Blah!
