JUST A QUESTION: are the bonus tracks on the ep included in that special edition booklet and does it contain comments? can anyone help?

No, there are no notes to the EP-songs.
Only the credits have been printed on the cd.

Exactly how many different editions/booklets are there? I know of the following:
European (limited) edition: glossy booklet without lyrics for the bonus songs
Canadian (limited) edition: same as above, only “normal” paper
German limited edition: glossy booklet with lyrics for TWOTW and IH
I assume the booklet in the Japanese edition’s similar to the German one - does anyone happen to have it?

MC Bulgarian edition (we don’t have CD) / 15 songs: glossy booklet with all (15) lyrics
