In the Booklet for “The Ballad Hits” you can see a photo of Per with black painted fingernails. What do you think, is he so trendy or just copying David Beckham?

i think his outfit in that picture doesn´t suit his fingernails being painted. that shirt appears to be quite formal (although it has those heart-shaped buttons on it). his pants are like the ones he wore in the look video. it´s a mixture of different styles. anyway, but i like the color picture in the pop hits sleeve where he shows his fingernails.

Well, in an interview Per said that it was actually his idea to have his fingernails painted. And after all, I don’t believe that Per would let someone else to make decisions like this one :) And then, he deciced to have his fingernails painted because he wanted his fingernails to match those buttons.

Certainly he isn’t copying Beckham (d’oh) and I don’t think “he’s painting his fingernails” (as he’d still keep painting them) since it’s just that particular shoot where he had his nails done. Don’t know who’s idea it was, but I wouldn’t say it was his own...
