Because I do kung fu shaolin about 2 years, and I’m the only girl so, the guys call me shao+linda.
Shao= because of tha shaolin kung fu
Linda= that means “pretty girl” in portuguese.
So the whole nick is “Pretty Girl from Kung Fu”

Mine it’s because everyone calls me like this except for my mother when she’s really angry and some other person when she wants me to be a little bit upset, that call me with my “longer” name... ;)
I had a previous nick-name: “temps-daurats”, that means Golden Times (Gyllene Tider) in Catalan. Could’ve been the name of my own band :P But it never will. I changed it because someone told my real name sounded quite better.

I used to have the nick Efvorna LONG ago, when HAND was out, when i read in the booklet that Marie calls Eva and Efva by Efvorna.
Later I got the nick Locachica, I had been at my Swedish friend´s place for 1 day when she decided I was crazy, she speaks some Spanish, and she started to call me “you are a Loca Chica”(Crazy girl).
And now I just keep it plain and simple with my name, which I like a lot :P

Well Damineh is my name. I had my name as my Logging Name a few years ago when I first joined TDR. I went away for a while due to personal problems and when I came back, I could not remember my password. I tried so many different things but nothing worked. So I had to come up with something else. I really like my name so without even thinking, I chose DaminehGessle just cause I love Per so much. I used to tell my family and friends I would go to Sweden one day, find a guy with the last name Gessle and marry him :D and then name my son Per. haha! Anyways that sounds idiotic to me now. Well, Rox as you all can see comes from (Rox)ette and rider from joyride (be a joyrider). Additionally, i liked it ’cause it implies that i’m always getting a ride with Roxette’s music. The USA part is because after TDR was modified i couldn’t sign in with my old nick name which was Roxrider. Also, USA says that i live in the US, even though i’m brazilian. :-)!
@Rox74ever: From which Portuguese speaking country are you ? Or you just happen to know that sete means 7 and is pronounced like xette ?

I was listening to the compilation-record “Lennon-Legend” very often in this time, so this was the first name in my mind when I needed a nickname.
