No no no - the best Bond theme has to be any of the ones by Shirley Bassey - Diamonds Are Forever, Goldfinger or Moonraker. Amazing vocalist.

This songs really stands out! The only version I’ve heard is the Z-100 radio rip. So once I hear a CD quality version and can crank it in my car, then I can form a better opinion.
But judging from the file I’ve heard, it’s a very unique track - with the “Music”-like dance beat and the strings. I also think it sounds very similar to “Music.” And the vocals remind me of “Impressive Instant.” Catchy, nonetheless.
