The site isn’t very clear about that but I don’t think you have to pay shipping costs. The only thing they say about international orders is the following:
“International shipping Outside the European Comunity:
Deduct 20% swedish tax of the price. You are
responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees
charged by your local government. We can not declare
an incorrect value on your shipment.”

However, in general, this is the best place to buy your records.
